mcc24-csv
All format examples · Machine-readable schema · Convert outputs to COCO
Illustrative labels/IDs, not a real vocabulary. Detector confidence is integer percent; order and species scores have different meanings. Pixel boxes require external image dimensions.
Example
Illustrative values, not predictions from a model. Unless stated otherwise, the image is 200 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.

Convert to a standard format
Use Converter.convert with source="mcc24-csv" and target="coco". Your application supplies the predictions and any required image context or producer settings. The adapter validates whether the output contains the information the target needs.
This importer accepts multiple images: set cardinality="collection".

How to interpret it
Scope: Combined detector/order/species CSV, result.csv. Excludes other scripts and the accompanying predictions.npy logit array. The retained full probe failed on the author label-map HTTP 403 before inference; this profile is source-inspected only.
Coordinates: x1,y1,x2,y2 are rounded pixel corners. Preserve the author bug: if y2 exceeds image height, the writer changes y1 to height rather than clipping y2; the resulting box need not be valid.
Confidence: detectConf is integer round(detector confidence*100). orderConf is the selected order logit transformed by a fitted normal CDF and multiplied by 100, rounded to two decimals. speciesConf is the species prediction probability multiplied by 100 and rounded to two decimals. These are different score meanings.
Classes: detectId is detector index+1. orderId is the zero-based order index; speciesId follows the author species label map. key is an increasing detection index associated with predictions.npy.
Identity: year and trap are source directory components, not validated calendar fields. date/time are filename slices [0:8]/[8:14], intended YYYYMMDD/HHMMSS. fileName includes the last three source directory components.
Representation: One CSV table decoded using the header as field names. Numeric cells may be safely cast to the declared types; the author writes CSV, not JSON objects.
Evidence
Source inspection at the pinned revisions; no full inference observation claimed.
